good body weight exercises for obese person?

hi i am obese, 178cm and currently weight 135kg

was wondering what are some good body weight exercises for obese people
i can do almost 50 push ups after warming up
i can do 2 pull ups
i can squat but lunges hurt my knees for some reason

my goal for losing weight is to start doing parkour so that is why i want to stick with body weight exercises instead of weight training as i think those exercises will be transferrable to parkour when im at my goal weight.

also how long does it take to get good results from body weight exercises if you do it 2 or 3 times a week

Your weight limits your ability to perform body weight exercises in the same way it limits you from doing parkour. You'd be better off lifting weights until you get your weight down considerably.

Good for you for putting out the effort. Your main focus should be your diet and concentrating on fat loss.

you are completely wrong. There is no place for "I think" or "I want". What you really want is to get in shape to do parkour. Which means lose weight, and gain muscle. There is no better way to grow muscle than CONTROLLED resistance. Body weight is not controlled, you cannot pull the pin and set it lower, into most effective range. It has been shown that bodybuilders with decent physique can learn parkour in no time, so don't sweat those transferrable skills, get the basics under control.

Go to a gym with a pool. $30 per month. Move your limbs through the water for resistance. Even do squats by the steps.

I need to do water squats. My knees hurt at the bottom, but the water helps at the bottom. I'll add it to my program.

Wow. 50 push ups even with all that extra weight. Sounds like you have plenty of muscle. You just need to lose fat. A gym is the easiest way to keep the muscle you have, though sounds like you can use pushups.
