    Creatine

    I am wondering if anyone has a specific creatine that has worked best for them. I took quite a few years off, I’m back at at now but the brand I use to use is now discontinued. So I’m looking for creatine that works!!!

    It's all the same

    Just do 5g per day, every day, any time of day, in any liquid. It's a saturation supp so you just need to get it in you and after about 2 weeks, you'll be saturated and then you just maintain and you'll pee out what you don't absorb.

    Just buy classic Creatine Monohydrate, I have tried pills, capsules, Kre-Alkalyn HCL etc …. No results comparing to daily 5gr of Mono!

    I don't think there is any one right answer. All I can say is I picked up an 8 oz jar of "Beyond Raw Chemistry Labs" Creatine HCL from GNC and have not been disappointed.

    All it takes is a tiny tiny 2 gm scoop once a day. No "loading" needed. I just drop it in a glass, add cold water and it auto-magically mixes itself.

    Not everyone will like the taste. Myself, I've grown fond of it. I just sip it (like a cup of coffee) with my morning breakfast. Then I follow with a water chaser. I've been pleased with the results.
