Question Should i bulk before i cut?

I have a very unique body shape, in that i gain fat almost exclusively around my bottom. This is something i dont like,so despite being quite skinny ive undergone a cut and have managed to lose 20 lbs Going from 180 lbs to 160. I havent lost any fat in months and im considering bulking despite not liking how i look right now. Should i go on a bulk so i can gain size and strength, making it easier to cut after. Or should i persevere in my cut. Ive posted it in the powerlifting thread because i want to lift heavier and gain strength but i feel like my body image is getting in my way. I'm 15 years old btw and have been cutting on and off for almost two years now. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Answer - you decide!
Doesn't really matter that much, if you've been on a cut already you may want to switch to a bulk for a while and then cut, but if you want to keep trying to lose that fat you can keep going...

You did not say how tall you are. Maybe your profile does. At age 15 I say you should bulk.
