Landmine bar : What are the best exercises this setup does?

I only recently noticed that my local gym even has a landmine setup (extra bar and pivot hinge) , I've never seen it being used until the other day.

I'm considering adding some landmine exercises to my rotation and would like to know what you all consider the most beneficial (for hypertrophy or strength).

What I want to avoid however are exercises that are better done with dumbells or barbells. I want to add landmines that have benefits beyond other types of freeweights. I don't want to do them just for the novelty.

    Landmine setups are awesome

    T-bar row
Landmine lateral raises (these are freaking hard even with just the bar)
    Kneeling shoulder press
    Meadows row
    1-arm row
    Front squats
    Floor press

Just a few I’ve used before

    ^^
    One arm bench press
    One arm fly
    One leg RDL
    Split squat

Also some kind of trunk rotation / twist movement would be very beneficial. Almost all of the common lifts ignore this movement pattern.

Thrusters are good when doing a full body and want to lose weight.

Two handed land mine press is good for upper chest. I bend over slightly and keep back straight. I cannot bench so is better for me. I think incline is better if you can incline.

I hated land mine lateral raises. I found the fixed range and angle not good at all. Much better with cables or bands IMO.

Another great exercise is one arm land mine press out to the side. Better than dbs for hitting middle delt but need to use less weight.
