    Question Will I gain anything?

Im not sure if this is the best place, but I will give it a shot.
    Im a 19 yo boy.
Weight about 55kg and are 167cm in height.
    Im not the strongest boy.

I have some weights wish can have up to 15kg.
My question is, will I get any stronger, if i start to use them?
And if, what exercises do I need to do with them, and if, do I need to do any other?

Yes but you will quickly become limited by only 15kg...

But make a start and see what happens.

Search for the Fierce5 DB only workout.

If some of the exercises feel too easy, you should increase the number of reps done in each set. Aim to continuously increase from one workout to the next...

    Hello SuffolkPunch.
Thank you for your answer. I couldn't find "Fierce5 DB only workout".
But instead, I found this: URL: coachmag.co.uk/fitness/workouts/dumbbell-workouts - Will these workouts help me, get stronger in general?

    yes absolutely those will help.

as suffolk mentioned you can go higher in reps

another favorite technique of mine is to increase the time under tension, going a full 6 seconds on the eccentric for example will really challenge you in a new way.

For a while I think there is enough you can do with them. Just make sure you 'progressively overload' every week, so add a bit more weight or 1-2 reps.
