keep the best physique you can without suffering. you should enjoy life and eat and drink and party and still maintain a reasonable physique. no suffering. my philosophy is i work out 7 days a week and eat what i want within reason. i let the chips fall where they may. at the end of the day, nobody really gives a shiit if you're 9% body fat or 15% body fat or whether you can lift X pounds.
