    nutrition whilst injury recovery

    Hi

All, believe i've pulled a muscle in my rotator cuff - dont believe its a tear, just a bit inflamed so going to have a few days off the weights. Question is do people consume the same amount of Protein and other supplements when not going to the gym, this could be due to injury or even holiday?

People who consume the same amount of protein and other supplements when not going to the gym do.

I would reduce the protein intake simply because your not burning enought calories now that you're not exercising
