I get more energy and better recovery with hydrolyzed whey (DH > 20%). For me isolate is just a source of protein like meat.
Hydrolyzed improves my gut health, almost put at sleep my IBS-D. Probably due to some of the peptides being used by the intestinal layer.
There is hydrolyzed casein (peptopro), but I don't like the histamine effect of it

never heard that unflavored Hydrolyzed whey existed :-/ I highly doubt you will find anything on BB.com. Check out MyProtein if my memory serves me right is offers unflavored whey products but not sure about the degree of hydrolysis.Originally Posted by exhortae
