I'm a shift worker. My shift rotation is 5 weeks (35days). I work 12hrs shift and a total of 3hrs to commute. Lately i have a hard time to get into a workout routine. I feel guilty not to workout when i'm working long hours. But if i do workout, whenever i'm on my days off i feel to tired to workout cause i didn't get any rest. Any suggestions?
If anyone have some tips or motivation cheers..please let hear them.....
