    On First Day, usually.

    Legs and back both get pretty fried from them, so I usually pair them with squats and then have a rest day between them and any subsequent work for either group.
    Bench: 320
    Squat: 375
    Deadlift: 495

    I put them on Lower or full body days...

    I don't program, use or recommend 1x frequency body part splits unless your jooced.. Even then Imo its still suboptimal for many who aren't super advanced.

    They can work if frequency is a tad higher.

    Day 1:chest /tris
    Day 2:back/rear delts
    Day 3:rest
    Day 4:legs
    Day 5:shoulders/bis
    Day 6:Rest then repeat

    I do three full body workouts per week and I do deadlifts on the second workout, which is when I don't do squats.
