    Bulk or Cut as a female?

    5'8, 136 pounds. Been lifting for 2 years and never counted calories. Went from 121-136 within that time and when I started lifting I was underweight. Wanted to just get some feedback on my current physique as of now, as well as if I should bulk to 145-150 or cut down. Not sure of body fat either. I have a somewhat visible 4 pack but have always held fat in my stomach and even had a pooch when I was underweight at 121. Thanks!

    Yep, first we need to know what your goals are. Not knowing anything I would suggest eating around maintenance, keep lifting and adding weight to your lifts , and slowly increasing calories when progress stalls.
    A dock in harbor is safe, and thats what docks are built for.

    if your goal is to lean out - eat in deficit
