    Help losing inches off waist.

    Alright I’m new here so sorry if I’m not using the correct terms. I have been trying for months to lose inches off my waist to join the army. The first 3 months I lost about 3 inches in total. Now I’m stuck and only an inch to half inch off. I have tried eating chicken and rice once a day with as little salt, carbohydrates, and calories as possible. Staying around 300-500 calories a day. I started going to the gym and lifting weights but I’m loosing all my fat in my neck. And yes I do understand eating small portion once a day isn’t great for me, but i am getting desperate

    try to eat at least 2000 calories to make the weight loss sustainable. you're not really stuck, you just need to keep losing weight and eventually your waist will get smaller too
