nothing interesting this year as usual. at this point they're just upgrading screens and cameras. no point in upgrading to 13 if you're on x-12, and they're functioning as intended.

regular ipad is still crap, which is meant to try and get people to spend more on the air instead. mini is like a smaller version of air now, but with slightly upgraded hardware, which might be worth getting if you want a small tablet.

apple watch is mostly thinner bezel and bigger screen this year.

no new airpods yet. was probably the only thing i was looking forward to. maybe they'll have them a bit later with new mac's.

iPhone 12 PM is a GREAT phone. Esp the camera- works great for someone like me who love to travel/hike/etc.

But 13 is not a big of an upgrade. But do remember, there are tons there with older phones, so I guess this are for those who owns an X or earlier.

Same here with Xs Max. Still decided to upgrade this year to the 13 pro, Verizon is giving me $500 trade in for my Xs Max so really makes the 13 pro $500 to upgrade to. Then I’ll keep it for another 3-4 years and do the same thing. Actually most excited about MagSafe, MagSafe wallet and 120hz screen, 128gb base storage and moving down to the pro size. All those things are well worth the $500 to me

yea the play is to upgrade your phone like every 3-4 years, very minimal changes is almost every line up. like the S10 -> S20 -> S21 for samsung is almost identical besides new processor/camera. phones in reality are just too fast for what we need them for and thats why you see tons of people still using an iphone 7 and 8 still.

That's me, upgrading from a 7 Plus (which still runs perfectly) to a Pro Max. Probably won't upgrade for another 5 years.

Wife and I both upgrading from our XS Maxes to 13 Pros.

Biggest reasons for upgrading:
1. Battery life
2. 5G
3. 120Hz adaptive refresh rate screen

Phone $999, but we get $800 in trade from Verizon credited over 2 years (and we plan on being with Verizon indefinitely anyways) so only costing us about $300 each after tax to upgrade. Not bad after keeping the XS Maxes for several years.

Depends on your lifestyle. If you like trekking, running or just clumsy with your phone, get an Otterbox Symmetry or even Defender(they are slimmer now). Day to day, yeah Symmetry or even the iPhone Leather case with screen protector.
