So when I looked I saw that your best body part was back and all others were just meh.
Looking at your program, I would prioritize the worst body parts and triple the volume. A few sets here and there really doesn't do much to change your overall look. Start with your worst part and try 12 sets with a minimum of 60% of your max and increase the weight until youbare ready for the next exercise or machine.

sure you lift, but having a physique isn't just about lifting....you need to raise your heart rate for 20 mins in order for your body to start burning that spare tire off your belly
I'd recommend a specific routine based specifically on HIIT before lifting...Any ******* in this thread and lift and take 5 minute rests, but that does **** for physique...you need to raise your heart rate to burn fat wellLifting Maxes:
Clean and Jerk: 210*1
Snatch: 185*1
Dead Lift: 435 Conventional; 445 Sumo >>> Tested in 2019
Squat: More than you can afford pal; Ferrari....
Bench Press: Untested

One gallon of water a day
Fasted cardio, ideally HIIT sprint/rest repeat for 10 minutes or stair master
IF for 12-16 hours daily
no sugar after 10am
nothing higher than 1000mg of salt a day
Nothing to eat after 8pm
if you do get hungry, asparagus with whipped cream then take your ass back to sleep boyo
Find a good routine that works for you and get lots of rest
You'll be lean and mean within 6 months

first of all stop doing so many free weight compounds
if you're doing that many free weight compounds a week and not writhing in pain and totally unrecovered every single day after 2 weeks then youre a genetic freak but i take it thats not the case, and you probably lift with very poor intensity and effort and execution.
So, knock it off with all the free weight compounds, start using some plate loaded machines and cable machines and learn to reach true muscular failure on every set that isnt a warm up set.
Start doing cardio 4-5 days a week, you are way too fat for that many calories, you need to recomp
eat a lot more protein. No one ever who built tons of muscle did so eating 1g/lb, there may have been small periods they did but for the most part most eat 1.5-2g/lb bodyweight to build muscle. Its also almost impossible for protein to turn to fat, so eat more protein and dont complain or make excuses.**worthless college major crew**

None taken. It's directly in the nipple area, where there's a lump behind it. That's why it protrudes and sags in that manner.
Not enough feta since I don't look like a Greek god
Not understanding how that is too many compounds. They aren't all done in the same day. Once or twice a week except for the calisthenics.
Am going to up protein intake. Isometric machines and cables I haven't been doing in a while yeah. Which would you recommend?
