    Is there a 3-day alternative to the Fierce 5 INTERMEDIATE programme?

    Hi all,

    I've been running the Fierce 5 novice programme for quite a while now and I'm looking to move on from it. I've looked at the 4-day Intermediate Fierce 5 Upper/Lower programme however I don't have enough time to go gym 4 days in a week. Is there a 3-day alternative that someone can suggest?

    Then the B rotation the next
