Angry 100g of protein from whey/casein vs 100g from chicken breast

i know 100g protein from beef will be better than both but what’s better 100g of protein from chicken breast vs 100g protein from casein and whey? like what’s going to be used more, what will my body absorb more of?

PDCAA score is often referenced when determining protein quality which would lead one to believe strictly for protein whey is best https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protei...ino_Acid_Score

Yep, purely in protein quality terms, whey is top of the pile but of course whole foods have other nutrients to offer.

Any difference will be negligible and not worth even caring about. Even if you were a professional bodybuilder.

I made a thread a while back about getting most, if not all, of my protein from whey.

    People thought I was trolling.

Seems easier and more appetizing to drink protein shakes, take a multi, and eat pizza.

Don’t get me wrong, I’d have no problem housing a steak and fries. But, getting protein from whey seems easier than any other source.

Whey protein hydrolysates are emerging as the next big innovation in proteins and are poised to join other forms of protein in the mainstream sports nutrition market. Whey is already the gold standard in proteins for sports nutrition, thanks to its ideal essential amino acid profile and high proportion of branched-chain amino acids.
