Been following fierce 5 since gyms opened in UK in April. I've been bulking and weight is going up.
I'm progressing pretty well on all my compound lifts but I've not really progressed at all these past few months on the curls, triceps, face pulls and leg curls.
I'm aware progress will be slower as they're using smaller muscles but I'm still pretty much on the same weights as I was in April/May.
