    Arrow Should I lower my cals or deploy cardio in my routine?

    I am around 15% b.f and already eating at 2150 cals. I broke plateau just 2 and half weeks ago but now I plateaud again and now my choice is either to lower my cals down to 2000 or deploy cardio, I wanna loose near 9-10 pounds by next 6 weeks to preserve as much muscle as possible. What should I do?

    if you completely plateaued at 2150, you need to drop a lot more than 150 calories to lose a decent amount of weight

    i'd say drop your calories a bit and add cardio

    Varies person to person. Ask yourself which would be easier to sustain for you right now, eating less or moving more?
