    Slow progress? (pictures attached)

Hi, so I started working out 4.5 month ago, first month I was cutting but then after one month decided that I should bulk (lean bulk - about 500 calories over maintenance)...protein intake daily is always above 0.8x(bodyweight), fats also I am in the 0.4-0.5 of bodyweight area.
    my height is 5'8''. male-32yo
    started bulk at 142 pounds.
    now I am 150 pounds.

The main thing I wonder about is my lifts, while I read people are saying beginners should up their lifts every workout or every week...I am very far from it...
    lifts progress examples:

-4.5 months ago started pull ups first set could make about 7 reps...now I can do in first set 12 reps and I will I start adding weights.

-weighted push ups, I know for sure that I did 1.5 months ago first set with 42 pounds and made about 9-10 reps....1.5 month later I am made first set 42 pounds 12 reps

*****for pull ups and push ups, I believe the fact that I am heavier now plays a role as well when making evaluation of progress?

so guys based on photos and lifts...am I doing good or is the progress too slow?
