How to find time to get to gym

    Hey guys,

I work shift work and was my day shift is a Tuesday-Friday 6-4:30pm shift. I got a dog at home that needs out for walks when I get home and a gf and 2 kids. How can fit going to gym into my schedule even for 30-45 mins?

Any suggestions. Like to be home for dinner around 5-6pm

    Go before work.

    Go sat-Monday

Go to a gym with child care, go home, walk dog, throw casserole in the oven or instapot meal, take kids to gym with you, come home meet gf with dinner made and ready to go.

I know this is not a solution for everyone, but, I have a busy schedule as do you. Over the years, I've become a morning workout person. I also knew I would never make it to the gym. If I was going to, it was going to be at 5:00 am when they opened. Instead, I bought equipment and build a home gym. Adjustable dumbbells, power racks, olympic weight set and barbell.

I workout at 5:00 am several days a week. Later on the weekends This way, I don't have to drive to the gym, and worry about showering and having breakfast on the go. And, it limits the impact on "family time".

So it's wake up at 4:40 am, workout from 5:00 to 6:00, shower and breakfast from 6:00 to 7:00, drive to work from 7:00 - 8:00.

Good luck on figuring out what works for you.
