    Incline Press Upper Pec Tweak

    Feels like I pulled/sprained something just under my collarbone closer to the sternum doing heavy barbell incline presses. I stopped as soon as I felt it. Nothing bad, just annoying at this point. Anyone have experience with this? How long did it take to heal up? How did you rehab it?
