    Can anyone recommend any book/-s that are innovative and for natural bodybuilders preferably high intensity training?

    Afaik all books are for naturals, all innovative. But, despite all the research, basics of training hardly changed in last 50 years or so. I am yet to find a book, or a method, that will let natural bodybuilder to reach a small fraction of what pharmacological enhancement can do. If you want to stay on top of the game, read magazines. They usually publish updated latest science on bodybuilding. Any book you pick today will age in a couple of years anyway.

    The problem with magazine articles like the ones in T Nation, etc is that they have so many that contradict each other. One day THIS is the ultimate for __________ then the next day THIS is the ultimate. One day carbs are good the next day carbs are bad.....

    What you 100% need to read is The Nautilus Bulletins by Arthur Jones. They can be found free online. It is one of the books that legit changed my life, it saved me about 10 hours per week.
