I think so. There is a buff guy at the gym who wears a shirt that says “Ramen Powered”, or “Powered by Ramen”, so it must be.

Yeah I eat ramen post bc I'm usually to lazy to prepare something that takes a lot of work. 1-1.5 packs of ramen 3 eggs and either bacon, spam (fry it, dedsrs) or some sliced chicken breast/beef. I have drained the water n added a 1/2 tbsp of mayo with Sriracha and mixed it in to make it creamy. It's good.

Unless you have a sensitivity to sodium, then it’s fine for carbs

If your sensitive to sodium or msg top ramen removed msg but still high in sodium at 1600mg. And maruchan ramen has msg and 1640 mg of sodium per pack. They both have a bit of Saturated Fat if your worried about that at 7 grams per pack.

They both have TBHQ in them which is a preservative banded in quite a few countries but really you would need far more than what’s in the pack, like maybe 10 packets to cause lower GI distress. Or again if you are just sensitive to it like msg

If you’re going to eat it on a daily basis I suggest using just 1/3 of the powder in the soup/seasoning packet, just to be careful with sodium and MSG. There’s still plenty of flavor.
