Should I sell my Ivanko O2B Plates?...

So far I've been adding on to my weight sets here and there, them being: Rogue Deep Dish, Rogue 6 Shooters and Troy GO plates (I stopped with the Troys because these days I've only been seeing them periodically available in sets rather than having the choice of buying the 45s individually).

I also have some old Ivanko O2Bs which while nice with their slightly thinner lip, they're just kind of mixed in with the Rogue DDs hanging on the rack and are beat up (the old school beat up look is nice and all, but the Rogues look nicer, new and got that old school black coat with nicer finish).

That said I'm making a poll with welcomed opinions as to whether I should sell all the O2Bs in the set I got, or not and appreciate the feedback.

If you have plenty of plates and don't really need them anymore, I'd sell them. I unloaded my old plates little by little over the last 18 months as I work towards a full set of Star Trac urethane. Not quite there yet.

Voted to sell. Ivanko seems to command a premium. Prices aren't what they were but you'll probably do pretty well on them.

If you aren't wedded to them or looking to concentrate more on that type of plate...let them go at today's pricing especially if they are extras.

Thanks for the vote towards it, I posted them up there (790 lbs of them) and will see if I get any bites. I'm good with keeping and adding a few more Rogue and Troy suits here and there, but have enough for all my lifting stations with them currently.

I posted them at today's prices perhaps slightly more agressively upwards, but I'll give it some time patiently and see what happens.

Bump, thinking about doing a little side project and restoring the Ivankos a bit before selling them...nothing too elaborate, but make them look a bit nicer again.

I see the easier path would be the vinegar bath with each plate, then spray paint them with rustoleum.

Would this be the best easy way to make them look nicer?

I seen that graymatter from the boards went this route and souped up the lettering a bit and they looked nice on the vid I seen a while back...
