When I stopped exercising, my TDEE went up at least 2000 calories per day.
I suspect this is because I was no longer compensating for the exercise by down-regulating other contributing factors.
Most notably, I noticed that I had way more food in my gut (I was full of shyt).
This will only work if you're full of shyt... but it's a reliable method for weight loss.
Trust me.
