Made it to the Vikings game and they actually won (Seahawks). New concept for us this year .
We had been 0-7 vs Russel Wilson before yesterday.

Will the Yankees lose a wildcard playoff spot, with a 2 game lead, over the last 3 games of the season?
Entering the weekend, the Yankees had a 2 game lead over Boston for the home wildcard spot. Toronto and Seattle are also in the mix and one or both must have the tie breaker over the Yankees.
Boston, Toronto, and Seattle all should win their last 2 games over inferior opponents. The Yankees lost, on Friday, to the American league leading (and Yankee killer) Tampa Bay Rays. The Yankees just need one win, but a Tampa Bay weekend sweep is certainly possible.[]---[] Equipment crew member #51 []---[]

Dude, maybe they're playing for the shear joy of the game and not hung up on the outcome. Remember what that felt like.
Or they could just be dip$hits which is most likely the case.
EDIT: and cuz I always like to be on topic. In Sports, I'm now picking Max Verstrappin' to win the F1 World Championship.

Just back from the Nats vs Boston, 5-5 tie into the 8th and Boston wins.
Great game to attend and 33,000 in the stands.
Yankees vs Boston Tuesday will be epic!
My Giants beat the Padres 11-4 and win the division with 107 wins, Go Giants!

Went to bed extremely satisfied and happy. We'll see against Tampa, I like our chances with momentum. A few days off can cool a team down.
Yankees lineup last night was Judge/Rizzo and the rest were slow pitch softball players and JAGs Stanton was en fuego, but dogs it on the bases and the fact that he doesn't play the field forces Boone to play the flaccid Brett Gardner. You could put Judge in center, Gallo in right and Stanton in left. Who would you rather have up? Gardner strikiing out badly 3x or Sanchez as your DH with the hope he might run into one?
Boone should have been fired in the clubhouse last night along with Phil Nevin. Never ever make the 1st or 2nd out at home or third when you're down a crooked number.
Nathan Eovaldi is the big game pitcher that Gerrit Cole is supposed to be.
Of course they had to bring 78 up. That got exorcised in 04. Red Sox have beaten Yankees 8 out of last 9 playoff games and eliminated them 3x since Boone hit that home run in 03.
1 win down, 12 to go.

I can't argue a thing you said.
Tonights game is exciting though. If the Sox can't bring it home tonight I'd be real worried going back to the Trop.
Just saw that. Dude got caught up in the WFT investigation. Bet there's a whole lot of nervous people now.☻/

Gruden is getting punished for what he said 10 years ago. On a private email. And probably 80% of NFL thinks this way. Yet, Joy Reid makes homophobic slurs on Twitter, which is a public forum, yet keeps her job as a race baiter on MSNBC because her Twitter was "hacked." Seriously. Did you hear her last September that she would never take the vaccine and this September chides Nicki Minaj, sista to sista.
How about the Giants last night? What a play by Brandon Crawford to save the tying run. He leapt so high you would think he could pick quarters of the top of the backboard.
It cracks me up seeing Yastrzemski on the back of the uniform. Mike the grandson has none of his grandfather's mannerisms or swing. The only thing they have in common is the both swung lefty. Captain Carl hitched his pants, had the big hole in his ear flap, held the bat differently, swung differently, etc.
I stress ate a 1/2 box of bacon cheddar Cheezits watching the Red Sox blow that 5 run lead. Thank God for Garrett Whitlock. Onto to the ALCS.

Yep tight Game and being in DC i have seen Mad Max a million times; he brought his A game into gusty winds.
Crawford said in the interview that he just jumped and put his glove out there.
As for yaz, he was amazing last year but pitchers have adjusted to him so he is the guaranteed strikeout king for now, that is why he is low in the lineup.
I was honestly jumping(using the last button) from game to game with the Sox up 5-3.There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!
