Summer is coming to a close soon.
What was your favorite summer memory?
Did you meet any fitness goals?

Winner picked at the end of the week for a Xtend product of their choice!

Fitness goal was really just to get some consistency back in the gym and get some gains back. On a good road to finish strong.

Not sure I have a favorite memory. Hours were lower than normal at work so was able to spend more time with my kids... about as good as it gets.

I actually just wrapped up my favorite summer memory with my family as we got back from a week long vacation in Cape Cod. We rented a house down there and for the first two days, my sister in law joined us. When she left, my parents, who live out of state, drove in to finish up the vacation with us. I have 3 kids and they had a blast!! I give my wife all the credit in the world for researching and coming up with a ton of fun activities for us.

Life coming back to somewhat normal has certainly been a big win this summer!!

I've been able to get my daily workouts in as I'm training strictly from home these days. So I've stayed consistent with that and haven't slacked whatsoever.

My best memories of this summer involve the extra time I am getting to spend with my kids. We have a pool in our backyard and we've spent a lot of time in it this summer. The boys have had a blast and I truly appreciate all of the time I get to spend with them.

Summer memories, spending some good quality time with the kiddos and getting some tasks completed around the house. Have not hit my goal yet but I'm hoping to by the end of September!

Favorite summer memory is making a fire in the yard on a Friday night and staying up late with the family, chatting, telling stories, making smores … fun times. Kids are getting big so we want to make every moment count.

Did not do very well with my fitness goals this summer. Hoping to do a better job in the Fall and Winter.

Mine actually happed a few days ago. I got accepted for a new job in the Sleep Medicine side of things. Better hours and I am able to have more of a home life without my current crazy hours. More time to train as well!!

Thanks. It's been a while for sure.

Trying to get back to the gym. It's not the easiest thing to do. Mostly a scheduling issue. I do have a prepaid membership at XSport, so that is some extra motivation to get there and get some work done, since it's already paid for.

This summer has been pretty rad, have my 21 month old and a newborn.
.and yes, out if the 20 pounds I wanted to lose over 3 months, I lost 22. So das it
