    Workout Shoes recommendations

I have been doing beginner to moderate level Bench presses, Deadlifts, etc. and wondering if adding a specific workout shoe helps me especially in deadlift.
Please suggest if you have any recommendations for same.

If you lift at home, have you tried deadlifting barefoot? I recently started and won't be going back to wearing shoes.

Here's an interesting article which also covers what type of footwear to look for squats and deads.
