My nips looked just like that until i dropped my bodyfat waayy down. Turns out my chest is the first place i store fat and also the last place to lose it. If you're not feeling any lumps under it it should be ok. Try cutting down your body fat first

..that's obviously chest fat but can never be 100% sure in anything but you holding on fat pockets in upper pectorals too lol gyno doesn't happen all over chest
