    Take a look at my butt and rate it.

    5 pounds. I seasoned it last night with mustard and Tony Chachere's blackened seasoning and let it sit covered on the counter. Put it on the pellet grill at 6:30 am at 225 degrees. Using apple pellets. Should be ready this evening.
