I watched a video on youtube titled Vegans: The Epitome of Malnourishment and it shows vegans that are extremely skinny. The video has led me to believe that the body doesn't absorb plant proteins/fats.
If that's true why should i even bother to put peanut butter in my morning mass gainer?

Im not sure OP... I mean, last week I saw a YouTube video with a talking orange with an attitude problem...
It's a brave new world... talking fruit, plant proteins, billionaires in space, even huge Japanese lizard monsters that emerge from the sea....
It's all real if I can see it"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Suffolk said it perfectly above^^^.
The protein sources are less bioavailable than non vegan sources like eggs, whey, casein, chicken, fish, lean meat.
Also peanut butter has some protein but the fat content is quite high it's ok if your trying to gain weight but if your trying to gain muscle would go with something that has less fat and more protein or just skip the peanut butter altogether.
