1.General Mills
2. Post
3. Kelloggs

Grain
1. Wheat Based (ctc, golden grahams, french toast crucnh)
2. Oat Based (frosted cherrios, lucky charms)
3. Corn Based (frosted flakes, Honeycomb)
4. Rice Based (rice krispies)

That's my biggest problem in the top 10 of my problems. 2 properties. My other 9 problems are pretty minor.

2. Mowing grass at properties.
3. Bush hog my pasture.
4. Rotate the tires on my truck.
5. Fill up the hydraulic fluid on my skid steer to get it running.
6. Remove and replace one of the 6 way tilt hydraulic cylinders of my dozer.
7. Take out the slack on the track of my dozer.
8. Everything else is pretty minor.

This is what I was tentatively going to do. Tell the 2 problem tenants the electric and water will be disconnected in 7 days. What they decide to do is their own decision. Utilities are in my name.

I did it before with some problem tenants and the city has no problem with it.

Man this is a tough call. i was hoping I could just say Mondalez or Unilever and cover them all but apparently not.
that said there is no way i can tank the 3 brands, as i like some from each company “best”
