Smile Is Vascularity the same in men and women?

Hi! Not sure if this is the right category! but thought you guys would know

Is vascularity in men the same as it is in women!?

I have some light vascularity in my arms from Vinyasa Yoga (a lot of forearm balances, planks, forearm planks and knee chest chin.push-ups). Mine look a bit like Juliana's from Boho Beautiful (Juliana Semenova) ..sorry I actually tried to link a photo but when i googled it it just linked to IG, Pinterest and YouTube videos so I couldn't link a URL..but hopefully someone will know who she is!

When I met my brother last night for dinner he has lost a lot weight and his arms are now incredibly veiny. like a typical guy who lifts weights.

If I carry on doing any exercises that work my arms, will my arms eventually end up the same as my brothers? I am genetically thin (I have the same build as Juliana from Boho Beautiful) so I can't help it. Even when I put on weight I would have to become obese for it to start covering my forearms.

Is there any way to prevent this?

Vascularity is mostly genetic so there's not much you can do about it. I don't think that any sort of training, one way or the other, will affect vascularity; and I definitely wouldn't stop training due to fear of it.
