    Daily cardio and muscle growth

    Hey, want to ask something. I train classic fullbody split, 4x per week. I really like running and i always did cardio. Im bulking, trying to build muscle right now, and im doing daily 20-30 minutes of moderate intensity running. My question is, if doing every day 30 minutes of moderate speed running is not bad for muscle gain and if its safe amount of cardio to do when trying to build muscle ? Thanks

    if you’re getting in enough calories for growth and your weight training sessions aren’t suffering then not a problem

    This is pretty much it man. If you're eating enough so that you are gaining 1/2 lb per week, then you're right on track and you can do anything you want.
    If not, you need to do one of 2 things; either consume more cals or decrease your cardio.

    That being said, I think there's better programs for bulking and building muscle than 4 full bodies per week.
    I would break it up so you spend more quality time on each muscle; but that's just me.
