    How much weight - 17" arms

    Just as the title says - and this isn't serious, or meant to be scientific in any way. I just want to know, from all you large arm folked out there (especially those of you who started out skinny like me): how much weight were you lifting when you hit 17" for your arms? I like having goal #s to shoot for, and I'm curious where others were at.



    For reference, if interested, I currently have 16" arms and lift:

    Bench (dumbbells): 90 x 6
    Deadlift: 225 x 6 (probably my weakest area coming out of quarantine, 315 x 6 pre pandemic)
    Shoulder press (dumbbells): 60 x 4
    Dumbbell curls: 50 x 5
