Do any of you eat bamboo sushi?

Do any of you eat bamboo sushi? I've heard that bamboo sushi is much more nutritious and natural than regular sushi.

I did not know that it existed.

I've worn clothing woven from bamboo and that was pretty comfortable, however.

Raw bamboo is more "natural" than raw fish? Actually raw bamboo is poisonous if you're not a panda.

If you've ever had some sort of Chinese stir fry with light brown looking crunchy-ish strips or rectangles, that's bamboo shoots.

I used to have that all the time during the week at a local Chinese restaurant. I went there on a Saturday and ordered the same thing. Portion size was smaller and the price was higher.

Asked the owner why. She took my food away, threw my money back at me and said "You go now. You no come back. No come back." I took that as a lifetime ban.

A couple years later I was on a committee giving out college scholarships. Some other people were looking at the applications and said "I guess we can reject this one because it won't get past Paul." It was the owners daughter applying for a scholarship.

In some parts of southwest asia, they call Bamboo Sushi, “Bambooshi”. but you have to be careful buying it in the alley ways from the carts or you may get bamboozled. thats where the term originated.

I have never eaten it but if it is nutritious then I would definitely give it a try.
