made a video about this topic but ill just explain. I hurt my shoulder early 2015 from disc golf. Tore something in my right shoulder/bicep area. Knots,scar tissue were bad. Could hardly do much with it. Woke up one day this past March,noticed it wasnt hurting. 5 years in such pain. No real movement with that arm. Couldnt even reach in the fridge with it. 5 years of thinking im done. NO basketball,no lifting weights,no sitting down in the recliner putting my hands up behind my head comfortably..5 years..im better..out of nowhere. SO im back. Bought some equipment and workout 6-7 days a week..cycle..walk..losing weight..feeling better..cleaner diet..i even go bowling once a month now with my family on our family day we spend together. It's just the shortened version of "radical."
