    Training after a serious tattoo?

    I just got a significant tattoo that covers my whole left pec last night. Came out good! Artist covered it with I think high quality film cus he said take it off in 3 days.

    I incidentally just got back into working out this month after Covid put me on a one year hiatus. Focusing on trimming some of the fat I gained in that year first. I did a chest workout Tuesday and did cycling yesterday so I’m ready for a few rest days but wondering the best advice for when to workout? Was thinking I can do cardio after I take off the film Saturday-ish (3 days) and then maybe day 5 do lower body and get back to upper body in one week.

    Any thoughts? Too conservative? Not enough? Can I, for example, do cardio earlier?

    Try to wait for alteast a week before hitting the gym
