    I've been laid low for the past 36 hours, and don't see myself recovering until tomorrow. Same ****. Exhaustion, cold symptoms, and freezing/boiling temperature.

    I wish I could get to the bottom of this, but the help just doesn't seem to be out there. It's really damaging my life now.

    Still feeling pretty ropey today, but I have at least had the energy to put the new speed bag up in my gym. I'll be trying to put at least 5 minutes a day into practicing on it and learning some new techniques.

    Had another day off exercise as I'm feeling the energy, but have an awful cough and throat. I'm going to do light weights today just so I am doing something.

    Woke up at 94.2kg, so a bit of a woosh. Good to see the scales dropping though, as I was feeling pretty despondent about being in the 95.x range for so long.

    Tomorrow should be ok weather for a bike ride. I'll probably just do an hour, and then eat those calories back in the form of a cheat meal. I'm feeling a pizza.

    93.5kg today. No surprises. I went for a 22 mile bike ride, and ate a pizza afterwards to get the calorie count up. Probably full of salt. Also snacked on plenty of meaty snacks, so probably more water gain there.

    Still going in the right direction, and my overall loss since my diet got back on track is just over 3kg.

    Struggling with my eating. I'm not binge eating, but I am absolutely starving most of the day.

    I'm eating 2500 calories a day right now, and my maintenance is supposed to be 2300 before exercise.

    Back to working out consistently after my injuries.

    In the past 5 days I have done 3 strength sessions, a 10 round heavy bag workout, 1 bike ride, and 3 yoga sessions. I definitely felt far better on the bike today and I actually credit the yoga with that. I've never looked after my flexibility or stretched properly. This year I am trying to do more work on the flexibility side, as injuries have really been a problem in the last few years, and it's probably that I am just too stiff and not recovering.

    I feel like I ate a lot of animals today. Really worked hard to hit my protein goal, having done a bike ride, a weights session in the work gym, and a yoga session this evening.

    Feeling good again today. Hunger has been insatiable though.

    It's nice to be eating so much though, and i definitely think it's helping keep the binge eating away. I don't feel like i am restricted because i am eating plenty, but consistently working out and never in a big calorie overload.

    I've been doing a fair bit of cardio this week, and I am quite keen to keep this up as it doesn't seem to be affecting my weights. They're staying static whilst my weight goes down.

    Had the covid booster yesterday, and I can't lift my arm now. Pretty annoying but hopefully it won't last more than 24 hours.

    Booked the day off work tomorrow with the intention of doing weights and stretching. Might just end up a cardio and stretching day, with some ab work thrown in.

    Put the weight up on my lifts today as my covid arm was feeling good. I increased weight on almost everything.

    Really pleased with that, and can't wait for my next session. Cardio day tomorrow as I'm cycling to work, but hopefully still get some evening ab work done.

    35 miles of cycling in the last two days. Weights session at work today. Looking better in the mirror. Not seeing anything on the scales.

    I'm really hoping there is a whoosh around the corner that drops me a fair bit. I'm eating maintenance or below, and tracking everything with scales, so I am pretty frustrated.

    I normally lose weight so quickly and easily, but burn out and binge. I'm controlled now, but static. I need the middle ground.

    Re-started the creatine, and it has kicked my weight up somewhat. I am 94.8kg today.

    I was planning to do a cut, but it's not really happening right now as I am just constantly hungry, and I would rather recomp than cut if it's going to stop me being hungry. I fear that constant hunger will lead to a binge.

    I'd still like to drop at least half a pound a week for the next 6 weeks before my holiday with friends. I'm not keen on getting in the hot tub and looking the size I am right now.

    Taking out the 600 calories from an hour of cycling and 40 minutes in the gym, and yesterday I was around 1900 calories.

    Today I'm 0.8kg heavier than yesterday. My weight keeps going up, and I'm weighing everything and tracking.

    I'm frustrated.

    Increased deadlift today, and a couple of accessory lifts.

    Really didn't want to work out today. I'm really bummed after hearing of Snails' passing. It's been a horrible reminder of how unfair life is, and a reality check for somebody like myself who has had their brush with the big C.

    Tried to use that as my motivation. Think it helped.

    Evening weigh in was slightly less than previous days. Hoping that's a good sign for tomorrow morning. I really need to see some movement in the right direction.

    2000 calories today. I only walked 4200 steps, but as per previous post I did do an hour workout.

    I'll be eating plenty of protein tomorrow, and doing a 10 round boxing session. Stressful day at work, so I'm going to need it. Shooting for 2200 calories tomorrow as 10x3 minute rounds on the bag is good for 150-200 calories.

    Lowest weigh in for a couple of weeks. Mirror showing reasonable progress.

    My 100 day transformation project is finishing May 1st, so 80 odd days to go.

    If the weight is going down, and my lifts are going up, I can't complain.

    Finding it a little tough to do things today, as I have something up with my navel. I am guessing it's an infection, but it's bleeding at the moment, so I figure I will be told I need to take it a little easy. It's sore at the moment.

    Also had a bit of an eating fail yesterday, and ate about 4000 calories. I did at least do 25 miles on the bike to try and recover some of that damage, which was probably good for 800 calories. I am feeling somewhat better with regards to eating now though, so I will be back to the strict deficit again.

    I think I've broken my knuckle on the heavy bag. It's not been right for 6 weeks. I wear wraps, and 12oz gloves, but it's felt like I've hit it with a hammer for weeks now.

    Started using the airofit breathing trainer today. I'm hoping to see an increase in my breathing power and lung capacity that'll improve my sporting performance and leave me slightly less gassed.

    I've had breathing issues since May 2020 when I had covid, so I'll try anything at this stage.

    Also purchased this week, as I've just had a pay rise and a bonus:

    Protein bars
    Protein powder
    Creatine
    2x 10kg Olympic Plates
    5ft Olympic Barbell

    Trying to work with my 7ft barbell has become difficult since I got my rack, so I've got the 5ft for the floor workouts, and the 7ft is left just for the rack stuff.

    Had a mystery illness that was possibly covid. Was just lying down sleeping every moment I wasn't at work or eating. Didn't work out for 2 weeks. Binged badly.

    Only just starting to work out again, but feeling way better about myself. Not going to beat myself up for failing with my eating. I have a mental illness/eating disorder - that **** is going to break you down from time to time. Just need to work out better coping strategies.

    104kg. Three months ago I was 94kg. 2 years ago I was 84kg. **** this ****.

    I've been away with work and then holiday, so my workout schedule has been ruined recently. Plus, I have injured my medial ligament, so putting weight through my left leg is not great right now.

    I'm still cycling without issue, but can't lift my leg unless it's perfectly straight. Stairs are a nightmare...

    Boxing is going well at the moment - I have trackers for my punch count, speed and power, plus HRM for my sessions. Really enjoying it, which is the most important thing for my workouts.

    Haha, I am not, but that's because I have been down this road so many times. I'm either motivated and injured, or demotivated and therefore not working out.

    I'm just riding a good wave right now, and talking to more people about the bad times when they come. I think that's helping me,

    Rode an extended commute of 20 miles to work today, then my normal 8 miles back. Good for a 600-700 calorie burn right there, which allows me to eat a bit more without feeling guilty.

    10x 2 Minute rounds with 45 seconds break. My week has been like this:

    M - Boxing
    T - Cycling
    W - Boxing
    T - Cycling
    F - Boxing
    S - Weights
    S - Rest Day

    Taking a break from the weights at the moment and only doing it once a week as I am struggling for cardio fitness right now, and trying to cut weight.
