    BCAAs for a 18 aged boy?

    I'm 18 years old and currently going to the gym. I'm 45 in weight (yeah i'm skinny :c) I have a 2500 calorie intake per day and I take Biotech 100% Creatine Monohydrate and Olimp GAIN BOLIC 6000. So is it okay if I use BCAAs?

    I searched for 2 products and I don't know which one to use. Your help will be much appreciated
