Just for fun: What are you having for dinner?

    I'm getting down on:

    One 8-piece seared Salmon Roll
Falafel Salad (Romaine, Tomato, feta, shaved carrot, and TJ's falafel mix w/TJ's ginger dressing)
    Side of Canteloup (about 10oz)

I'm a bit worried about diabetes tho.... and liver failure... and obesity....

I've already had like 250 grams of carbs already and this is basically my way of saying 'goodbye cruel world'.

Is it suicide? Am I die?

Already hungry again but such is cutting... :/

Just that or did you also have vegetables?

IMO adding large amounts of veggies to your meals greatly increases satiety...

I did not this time, no, but you're right. Usually I include an onion with just about every meal, and I recently stocked up on some frozen Asian veggie packs because I like the variety.

Thinking of new fresh vegetables to buy... I like leafy greens but they cook down to almost nothing for the amount of space they take in the fridge. Canned spinach is a go-to but I'd rather eat fresh over canned.

EDIT: An onion with almost every home-cooked dinner that is. I do like onions a lot, though.

You can grab massive bags of fresh or frozen from Costco.

Slap some hot sauce on top and it's off the races

Had one of those frozen wild caught salmon filets from Costco that come in a bag with a sweet potato. Also air fried some zucchini from the garden. This time made the zucchini into a thin chip shape and seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika and a touch of cayenne. Had half a cucumber also in between prepping everything which was also from the garden. Been eating zucchini/green beans every day lol but I got my first two tomatoes of the season today!

    Staple dinner:

1 bag of mixed salad (200 gr) with black olives and 5 oz of chicken breast seasoned with olive oil, lemon, salt, vinegar and a little bit of reduced fat mayo on top (Greek yogurt Mayo, love it!).
2 slices of toasted bread with some sort of cheese on top.

2 chocolate covered rice cakes with chamomile tea as a “dessert”.

It’s around 600 calories: balanced, filling and delicious.
