I'm a 36 year old female.
5'3/134 pounds
Lift 3 times a week. Run 3 miles twice a week.
Track food in MFP by weight. Eating 1500 calories a day to get to 130 pounds.
I'd like to get really defined abs and legs. My goal is to have a body like a female sprinter. But I'm confused on the next steps I should take.
I know I need to drop my body fat percentage, but I don't think that would 100% get the look I'm after.
According to the many posts I've read, there's 3 choices.
lose more weight: Id like to keep my muscle and gain more.
bulk then cut: don't really like this one bc I could see the weight gain getting out of hand.
lean bulk: my preferred choice
