    Beta Alanine doesn't make me itch/tingle anymore?

    I am very confused, I remember when I used to take beta alanine I used to get crazy tingling all over my body.

    Now for some reason after a year or so, I do not feel ANYTHING. (didn't even consume much beta alanine throughout the year)

    Dosage is about 2-3.2G. I also tried different companies since I thought some were crap but it's not it... Anyone??

    I guess that's it, even tho I didn't take pre workouts with beta alanine for some time, and now when back, nothing xD

    In fact, I only get tingles for the first 2-3 days, then it goes away; and that's on 2g twice per day; I kinda miss them when they leave.
