    Should I Continue Cutting or Start Bulk ?

    I weigh like 170 should i continue till i get a bit leaner or just bulk now ?

    Personally, I would bulk. Looks like you've got a good base and not above 20%.

    Do you know what your TDEE is? Better to set a calorie surplus on top of that and simply make sure to eat a minimum protein ratio of 0.7g/lb bodyweight, probably not more than 500 calories extra, since this will be easier to track consistently than weight on a scale, which will be contingent on too many related yet separate factors.

    The lower the better, you already have a decent amount of muscle and you're not going to be able to continue to build at a very fast rate. 1 lb a week would have you looking pretty fluffy pretty quickly. Even as low as 1-2 lbs per month would probably be best.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

    my tdee is 3100 so should i automatically add surplus or ease into it ? If so I’ll be going from 2800 calories to 3400-3500. Thanks for the feedback
