dude. We have PICTURES and VIDEO evidence
just look at this
what do u mean thats from a movie? ok maybe you're right but that clearly shows a ball earth, they must have filmed the movie in space. wait, they didn't...? ok well nasas budget is probably like 1000x less than whatever they had to make the movie, no way they could pull off something that convincing

Yeah buddy, you can totally see the curvature from the top of Everest LMAO.
That's an even more retarded take than people that say you can see it out of a plane, and when you check them on that they just move the goalpost and pretend they never said it.
"hurrdurr you can see boats go under the curve"
Yet when you post a photo of the earth without a fisheye lens way up in the sky they say you're not high enough to see the curve. JFL

Yeah lets all talk about aliens and flat earth while your human rights are literally being stripped right in front of you, more and more day by day. When your every movement is monitored & recorded, every $ spent digitally tracked and everything you do reflected on your social credit score, will you still want to talk about aliens and flat earths?
Take your meds and shut the fuk up skitzo.

I think it started as one big troll but then some people started seriously believing in it. It seems like a lot of conspiracy theories start this way.
It's so ridiculous that it provokes attention, and I really think the attention is what gives it life.
Eventually I just realized that people will believe literally anything regardless of the evidence.
If they've already joined the cult then it would take a lot to bring them back to reality, and is that really worth the effort?
It's not harming anyone, at worst it's kind of amusing. Just let them be I guess.
Lots of geography-focused conspiracy theories like hollow earth or geocentrism that are completely nuts but harmless.
The older I get the more I realized that maybe it's best just to leave people alone unless they need help or are harming other people.
I used to think that trying to teach people about the Eratosthenes experiment or something would be helpful, but not sure if that breaks the conditioning.
I guess it's better that someone's a flat earther than a nazi or a someone who commits hate crimes. Figured I'd just let them be.Beans. Cleans. Gasoline.

Really though, crazier theories have been around for much longer. Reality exists in the realm of imagination when it comes to delusions.
That includes unsubstantiated conspiracy theories that are interesting to believe in but not based in reality.
I think real history is much more interesting and many of the details are also a lot less well-known.Beans. Cleans. Gasoline.
