    Facepull Posture Imbalance

So I did Athlean X 22 day posture routine and it helped tremendously but..

My left side I struggle with mind muscle connection and my right is always spot on. So I have been continuing the facepulls as my corrective exercise and the right side appears to be yielding the expected result. (my shoulder is back and in a lower position) I can feel the disconnection occuring when I am doing my facepulls on the left and over the past few weeks as the right side has come into place, the left side is still forward and in an upward direction So even walking I can feel the imbalance. What can I do for isolation of my left shoulder with the external shoulder rotation to get it to "catch up" to my right side?

Could you just do one-armed shoulder external rotations with a pulley?

Sounds like a good idea. I tried one armed face pulls and it wasn't the greatest. Do you know of a video where they show how to do this?

Why not just use a pulley to rotate the shoulder one-handedly?
