Just started tracking my weight two weeks ago and the results were:
Week 1: 135.2
Week 2: 135.4
Week 3: 136.2
I thought i’ve been eating at maintenance and was just wondering if this is a weekly fluctuation or if I actually gained a pound in two weeks. Btw i’m a women but it’s not that time of the month for me lol so doubt it’s that

Anything less than 5-10 pounds week to week can easily just be water weight fluctuations, poop/food in system, ect. I can gain 5 pounds easily in water weight from a carb heavy meal alone if I want, weight is never fully stable; you seem to be doing fine if maintenance is your goal.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I would agree that small difference is going to more than likely be normal fluctuations.
If the trend continues for a few more weeks that just slightly reduce calories to be at maintenance, but for now I would let it be._____________________________________
