All of the major food groups (veggies, proteins/meats, dairies, and grains) are represeneted in a Lunchable pizza
Protein = pepperoni
Dairy = cheese
Vegetables = tomato sauce
Grains = bread
+ caprisun full of vitamins and Crunch chocolate for dessert!
Are lunchable pizzas the ultimate source of nutrition that have yet to be properly acknowledged in the mainstream?

yes
pizza is very good macro-wise, but usually contains a ton of calories that aren't worth it especially if your appetite is naturally high
edit: not american so i had no idea "lunchables" was a brand, thought OP just meant some kind of regular pizza for lunch lolLast edited by faithbrah; 07-19-2021 at 11:48 AM.

I mean I enjoy ice cream
If I get strawberry ice cream I get all the same food groups
Milk : dairy and protein and fat
Strawberries: fruit (tomatoes are a fruit not veg)
Sugar: carbs
So I guess I could live off it?SuperHercules crew

Agreed, hence the qualifier.
The mere suggestion that a Lunchables item is some hidden superfood gem is pretty ridiculous, so I'm assuming OP meant that as a joke.
I've found that take and bake pizzas are some of my favorite; tend to be restaurant quality and extremely cheap.Bench: 350

Now that you mention it, that actually probably was one of the healthier lunches I ever had aside from microwaveable burritos with salsa. My lunches a lot of days were things like a plate-sized chocolate chip cookie with a small glass of milk, a sleeve of Oreos, king-size candy bars, or pastries with Venti "white chocolate mochas" from Starbucks. The latter just wrecked my stomach but I had it like twice a week for years anyway. Dinner would usually be McDonald's or Wendy's. I'm honestly amazed I developed normally. I didn't even stat eating normally until I left home at like 19 years old lol
OP might be onto something...

Man I had a similarly unhealthy upbringing food wise…
Breakfast was usually just sugary cereal with milk, lunch was a school pizza or fried chicken sandwich with fries, and I’d also snack frequently
Dinner was often hamburger helper, burgers, breaded chicken, or something like pizza…
And I usually had ice cream or something sweet later on.
I’ve said it before but man I’m surprised I wasn’t heavier… I may have been like 25% bodyfat but I only ever Barely got into the overweight BMI category"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Ok these srsly covered all my meals growing up. If I ever had a fruit cup, it tended to be Mandarin oranges. I also totally forgot about kudos, but I ate box after box of those things! Wtf happened to those? I haven't seen them in years.
Do you think we all tend to have similar tastes, an interest in nutrition/lifting, & prefer more "nutritious" foods because we grew up eating so much chit? Maybe traditional "junk food", for lack of a better word, that most people crave holds less appeal to us.

oh thats right, i do remember these fruit juices that came in plastic bottles that would cut your lip, the plastic castings were so bad. and I remember at amusement parks they had fruit “juice” that came in plastic bottles shaped like the fruit.
oh yah the hostess fruit pies were (and still are) awesome. if you were a baller you would throw those in the toaster oven until the filling burned your taste buds off. and for desert, some little debbies snacks. the only treats that somehow had more oil and sugar than pure oil and sugar did.2 time survivor of The Great Misc Outages of 2022

my middle school lunch was also 1.50. 75 cents for like an 8 oz strawberry milkshake and 75 cents for a small fry. Then in high school small soy latte and coffee cake lol
well, by 10 years old I cooked all my own dinners or got them. So I’d either walk to subway (preferred port of subs but it was about 4 miles away) or cook dinner myself. That’s about 2 years after my parents split and my mom would just come home after work and drink till she passed out. When we went grocery shopping I’d start making the lists. Luckily I was taught to use the stove at 4 and by 8 I was allowed to on my own but had to use a chair because I could not reach.
When I started cooking for my brother and I, it changed to pasta or rice a roni, a veggie though normally the frozen ones like green beans and almonds, canned fruit like pears and milk. I loved to make eggs!!!! Lol my dad told me I should have all the food groups so I’d try with dinnerSuperHercules crew
