    Custom vitamin subscription

    I’ve recently been in a slump. Im not sleeping well, stressed, fatigued, etc. I know/hope it does not last long but I’m researching all my options.

    I’m curious is anyone has tried any of the monthly customized vitamin packets that seem to be popular. Maybe even CBD products. They all seem to be popping up in google searches but not sure if the supplements, herbs, etc are really effective.

    I’ve even considered doing a hormone test for possible low T or other markers.

    Any thoughts or recommendations ?

    Address any diet related concerns first, vitamin supplements exist for the purpose of filling in gaps in your diet. Next make sure you are sleeping well and at least trying to exercise regularly.

    I take ginihealth personalized supplements, since they customize the vitamins based on your DNA so they have really helped in boosting up my energy levels which I used to lack because of my irregular sleeping schedule, you can also give them a try.
