    Do macros make no differnce?

I am happy with everything except my belly fat. I am maintaining the same weight but my fat was at 42% of calories. I want to cut my fat to 15% of calories at the same calorie intake but it seems that I will not loose fat doing this. Does this mean someone can properly bulk by adding 500 calories strictly from fat? Will I really not loose fat if completely changing my diet at the same calories?

you will not lose fat at the same calories, doesn't matter what combination of macros you use. generally you should prioritize lowering your carbs and fats to create a caloric deficit

someone can bulk by adding 500 calories from anything - yes, even fat. however, it's recommended to bulk @ 200-300 surplus instead of 500 to avoid unnecessary fat gain

    ^^^^ This...

And you could have just kept using your previous thread instead of starting a new one. https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=180401283
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
